Gluten Free – Orange Corn is naturally gluten free, however, our corn is processed in a facility that also handles wheat.
Corn Bread – Substitute Orange Corn Flour for some or all of the corn meal in your favorite corn bread recipe for a lighter, fluffier corn bread. For a more traditional texture, combine with our Orange Corn Meal (or Medium Grind Grits for extra crunch). Works great for gluten free or traditional southern corn bread made with 100% corn!
